Not only is the US-40 the largest of the bunch, its also the most versatile, cleanly transitioning from a full 40-liter capacity, to a still tight 28-liter form-factor

The problem with running the other packs with less than, say, two-thirds of their full payload, is that they sag and flop around a bit, taking up a sad and lumpy shape on the back of your bike.

And if youre going to take advantage of the modular aspect of the Kriega bags, they definitely work best when packed full, giving them some structure.

In a twist on its tried-and-true design, the US-40 features double-ended opening, making it easy to access, or to wind down into a smaller shape when you dont need to bring the whole tent and camping setup.

As with all , the US-40 can securely mount across a pillion seat with the subframe loops included.

Hypalon reinforced strap mounts and webbing loops provide robust mounting locations for additional US-Drypacks, OS-Packs or Accessories.

A padded shoulder strap comes included for toting this sturdy duffle off the bike.

Mounting Instructions:
